Who operates this website

Naviorq is a pre-incorporation startup project operated by its founder, Joshua De Bock, based in Belgium. Naviorq is not yet a registered company.

Enquiries and purposes

The form collects your name, email, role, contact intent and your agreement to be contacted. You may also provide your organisation, area of interest and a message. We use this information exclusively to respond to enquiries, understand potential customers’ needs, discuss design partnerships and arrange potential pilots. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. The form’s existing agreement to be contacted remains separate from marketing consent.

Legal basis

The stated basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: responding to voluntarily submitted business enquiries and exploring potential customer relationships, subject to the required balancing assessment. That assessment remains an operator action before publication.

Service providers and international processing

Formspree receives, stores and processes form submissions. Its client also sends submission-session timing and automated-browser indicators for spam detection. Lovable hosts and delivers this website. Google Fonts supplies the typeface through Google’s servers; font requests can disclose your IP address, requested URL, browser information and referrer. Google states that its Fonts API does not set cookies or use this data for targeted advertising.

Formspree states that its services are hosted in the United States and that processing may occur in other countries where it operates. Lovable delivers hosted sites globally. These services may involve processing outside the EEA. The operator must confirm the applicable agreements, recipients and lawful transfer safeguards for the actual accounts; no EU-only hosting or specific safeguard is asserted here.

No analytics or advertising pixels have been added to the site. The site includes Lovable preview error-reporting hooks for diagnostics; published-site diagnostic behaviour and hosting logs have not been independently verified.

Retention

Early-access enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a continuing business relationship or an applicable legal obligation justifies longer retention. We delete earlier upon a valid request where applicable. This is the operator’s retention policy; matching deletion practices across Formspree and any enquiry copies must be confirmed before publication.

Your rights and contact

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests and exercise data portability where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
